Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026. These terms explain how you may use Genarium, what you can do with generated results, and which rules keep the service reliable for everyone.

Fair use

Use the tools for normal personal, educational, creative, or business tasks.

Your results

Generator outputs are yours to use, but you should review them before relying on them.

No misuse

Do not overload, scrape, resell, copy, or disrupt the platform.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Genarium and its random generator tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Using the tools

You may use Genarium for normal personal, educational, creative, and business purposes. You are responsible for how you use the site and any generated results.

  • Do not use the tools for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

  • Do not attempt to overload, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass technical limits of the platform.

  • Do not resell, frame, clone, or present Genarium tools as your own service without written permission.

3. Generated output

Random outputs are provided for convenience and inspiration. You can use the results you generate, but you must check them before using them in security-sensitive, financial, legal, medical, educational assessment, or other high-impact contexts.

4. Accounts, paid features, and ads

Genarium currently focuses on simple tools. We may add accounts, paid plans, sponsorships, or advertising-supported features later. If a feature has additional terms, pricing, limits, or cancellation rules, those terms will be shown before you use or purchase it.

5. Intellectual property

Genarium, the site design, code, text, branding, and tool interfaces are owned by Genarium or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you. Feedback or suggestions you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to compensate you.

6. Third-party services

Some pages may use third-party services such as hosting, advertising, data sources, or embedded tools. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove tools and features at any time. We try to keep Genarium useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or error-free results.

8. Disclaimers

Genarium is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Genarium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

10. Contact and changes

Questions about these terms can be sent. We may update these terms when the service, our providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version applies from the date shown on this page.
